| I ordered a monument in July of 2009 and have not received the product yet. I contacted Bob Alexander every few weeks to check on the progress of the monument and was assured everything was going as planned. In Oct. all calls were unanswered. By Jan. of 2010 I had to hire a lawyer. Bob''s father got involved in resolving this and assured me he would make it right. It is now May of 2010 and I still don''t have a monument or my money returned to me. | ||

| I contracted a monument in July of 2009. It has been 11 months and still no monument. They are working on it now but it required a lawyer to get involved to resolve the issues. | ||
